-In order to be allowed to push the suspect off road police at the station
needs to authorize it. Two attempts where made where the second one
should have been cleared from officers outside the car to in order to follow
the corrrect procedures.

-The first attempt of ramming was not planned but the second attempt of ramming the motorcycle against the fance was deliberate and was done without an OK from collegues at the station. For that he was sentenced in the Supreme Court (Högsta Domstolen) for misconduct and a fine of around €1300. See link in description.

-The biker sustained some serious injured when he went off the road and was also sentenced.

-Stop for police and send a dispatch before ramming suspects are the lessons learned for both parties here.
