Airtable Training: Track Monthly Tasks for Each Client's Care Plan (Current Month & Last Month)
13
Are your clients on a care plan with a set number of monthly tasks? This training will show you how to create your own Airtable base so you can see if your client went over their monthly task limit last month and also track the current months task usage.
You can also use this training to track hours if you do this instead of counting tasks.
The Airtable base built in this training is not for project or task management but is simply to track how many tasks your client has used and how many more they used than was in their care plan.
All you need for this training is a free Airtable account.
If you want a copy of this base, comment below and I'll send you a link.
