What happens if you shift from 4H to 4L in a 4WD truck while going 55 mph? (Not Safe!)

Time for another experiment in the Ford Ranger, this time we attempt to shift from 4 high to 4 low while going 55 mph, I do NOT recommend trying this in your own car or truck..
