STORY DESCRIPTION

Pyua was 7 when she escaped and found Kurage. A jellyfish Yokai that only came to the hidden city rarely. She mainly only came back for supplies.

And it just so happened that one day she went to gather said supplies she came upon Pyua. She noticed instantly she had some jellyfish Yokai genes and at first thought that she should just leave her there. But then decided to take her in a raise her as her own.

She taught her many things. How to use Jellyfish Yokai abilities, Education, and How to survive outside of the city.

But when she was 15 she was in the woods with Kurage playing with butterflies. But didn’t notice the vines sneaking to grab her. But not any regular vines.

Draxum’s vines.

Draxum located them through watching their patterns on trips for supplies and soon found them after 8 years. And he wanted his experiment back.

But Kurage was not having her go back to the life she had hearing what Pyua experienced from her.

So she protected her and fended off against him so she could run.

She wanted to stay and help Kurage. But Kurage heavily insisted she needed to escape. And as Pyua finally decided to run, she saw blood from the corner of her eye.

She cried but continued to run. Thinking she will never see her again. And that she is once again alone.

But she will never forget what she was taught. And will forever be thankful for Kurage’s kind act. Because she is now in a better shape to survive on her own. And one day, she will avenge her Mother.

A/N: Kurage is not dead. Pyua just believes she is. Kurage was taken by Draxum shortly after her injury since Pyua was far gone. He decided to use her as a genetic source since Jellyfish Yokai are not easy to find. And their healing properties are very valuable and rare. So I will eventually make an animatic of their reunion! But until then I will start making animatics on how she survives and how she meets the other three turtles (Bishi, Kakko, and Kanji) and also how they grow as a family!
