⭐⭐ Hello my beautiful yogis! In today's class, we'll focus on building strength and stability in our bodies while exploring the balance and grace of Half Moon pose.

We'll start with a few warm-up exercises to prepare our bodies for the challenge ahead, and then move into a series of strengthening postures, including variations of Half Moon pose. We'll also incorporate some core work and balancing poses to help us build stability and focus.
As we move through this flow, remember to breathe deeply and stay connected to your body.
