Ingredients:

3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons instant yeast
1 cup warm water
2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and sugar. Make a well in the center.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and let it sit for about 5 minutes until it becomes frothy.
Pour the yeast mixture into the well of the dry ingredients. Add the olive oil.
Stir the ingredients together until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a clean, oiled bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Let it rise in a warm place for about 1 to 1.5 hours until it doubles in size.

Punch down the dough to remove any air bubbles and divide it into 8 equal-sized pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and let them rest for about 10 minutes.
On a lightly floured surface, flatten each dough ball with a rolling pin into a round circle about ¼ inch thick.
