ABBA- Voulez-Vous (YV Disco Uber Edit)

I) Music Video Concept

In the Spring of 2023, our Creative Director, Youssef, started teaching a college digital video editing class where students were tasked with creating, developing and implementing projects to edit. One of the three major projects that he assigned them was the creation and implementation of a music video based off of a song of their choice.

This was met with collective enthusiasm by the students, and they happily sprang into the work. It was at this point that Youssef decided to create a music video edit project of his own -- under his brand name "YoussefVerse" and under the auspices of his MFO production firm.

He settled on the extended version of ABBA's classic 'Voulez-Vous' (album: 'Voulez-Vous', 1979, Polar Music) –– a classic disco/dance song from one of his favorite music groups. The music video represents Youssef's dedication to Disco, love of ABBA and his craft as a professional film & video editor. So crank up the speakers and enjoy!
