City Heights restaurants concerned about homeless population after attempted tip jar theft

Rodnia Attiq, the manager of El Borrego, told ABC 10News about the increase in the amount of homeless people she’s seen passing by the restaurant. Attiq says she’s growing concerned about the safety of customers and her employees after a woman recently tried to steal money from the tip jar.
