Jenna recovered from aspartame poisoning in her early 20s after using the diet products throughout her teenage years.

In high school, Jenna was a high functioning athlete and was student-body Vice President. Like so many teenage girls, Jenna struggled with her body image, and she dealt with an eating disorder starting at 14 years old - this was when she began regularly using diet products with aspartame.

Her aspartame reactions included high anxiety, depression, fainting, stroke-like symptoms with numbness on one side of her face, an impaired immune system, brain fog and many more - all health symptoms a 14 year old should never have to experience.

Thankfully, Jenna was able to resolve her eating disorder on her own before graduating from high school. However, the diet products and the daily use of diet sweeteners followed her throughout college and into her early 20s, eventually landing her in the emergency room several times and spending countless hours at doctors visits with unresolved answers to her health symptoms.

Today, Jenna is a Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Behavior Change Specialist. Jenna is most active as a Natural Health and Fitness Coach who works with clients both virtually and in-person, implementing frequent detoxification protocols and regular exercise as critical parts of a natural, preventative, healthy lifestyle.

Jenna met Dr. Hull in 2009. At the time, Jenna was drinking 4-6 diet colas per day and relied on prescribed antidepressants and anti-anxiety medications to cope with her young life.

The very day that Dr. Hull learned about Jenna’s health symptoms, she put Jenna on a detox program eliminating ALL diet sweeteners, and did a hair analysis test for her. After avoiding all diet products and replenishing her nutrients, Jenna got off all her medications, became confidently self-employed, and now lives, without depression, with her husband and Golden- doodle, Rosie, on the sunny coast of South Texas.
