Kurt Cut the Wires (inside the Election Machines)

St. Charles Election Director, Kurt Bahr, admits to cutting wires within 100% of the election machines, thus tampering with the election systems and not documenting it! These machines have been tampered with. This is completly unacceptable and may compromise the certification of the machines.
