Review Lawyer Ter Horst-minister of health de Jonge & Osterhaus 'declare under oath' High court

On Thursday, April 20, the appeal took place in the palace of justice in The Hague filed by Lautenschults against De Staat to get more information why and how to have Minister Hugo de Jonge of VWS and Ab Osterhaus explain about the advice and measures taken .

In the afterthought where Mr. Mieke Terhorst (Youth Criminal Lawyer) in Alkmaar explains in the conversation with Jasper from CSTV why this hearing was necessary before the three-judge chamber. The clients, under the name of Lautenschults, are a group of 10 teenagers who have been excluded in the past period and want to know where and how the former health minister and also Osterhaus came to the statements and advice made.
