Belle Meade Plaza Approved By Metro Nashville City Council

We’re getting into the Nashville development news! A Boca Raton based timeshare company, Blue Green Vacations, has purchased a building with a 53 million dollar buy in downtown Nashville. They also purchased the Indigo Hotel in 2020, which they renamed the Country Politan Hotel. Blue Green Vacations is renovating the lobby, redoing some of the presidential suites. They also bought the old Nashville Trust Company and are turning it into a sales center. There’s potential in the future that they’re going to develop 13 stories above this and potentially connect them as another timeshare. On Third Avenue, there’s a 13 story hospitality building being built where a pizzeria used to be. Metro Council voted and approved the development of the Belle Meade Plaza, which will be called Belle Meade Plaza. The plans will have an update for the shopping center, 80,000 retail, more parking spaces, and the greenway will be extended back there. There will be 78 hotel rooms, 388 residential units, and they may be releasing new renderings soon. Check out the full details of this development news and more in the video!
