Graf Zeppelin - Complete Team Collapse

Two of the three groups on my team just decide they aren't going to fight or contest. A clusterf*ck then ensues at A with battleships milling around. Note that we were up one or two ships nearly the entire game, but down ALL caps until A was finally overrun.
