Reddit Rant - CNN Reporter Alleges Trump Had ‘Ultimate Authority” Over Classified Docs

In yet another example of “give them enough rope…” CNN attempts to defend its stated position that President Trump is subject to potential criminal charges related to the way he handled classified documents in the waning days of his administration.

Dress this issue up any way you like, cover it with as many distractions and character attacks as you can, in this instance President Trump is 100% in the right. As President, he held the ability to unilaterally declassify documents, and once declassified he has no culpability under any of the regulations and laws regarding the handling of classified materials.

CNN states in this article “…presidents have ultimate declassification authority, the limits of that authority haven’t been tested in the courts.” This sentence is the end of the argument.
