Cornbread Casserole on a Grill Recipe

Cornbread casserole recipe on a grill is easy and an amazing meal. this cornbread casserole is using 2 boxes of Jiffy mix following the standard recipe plus 1 can of cream corn and 1 cup of cheese, then baked at 400 degrees for 20minutes. Let cool and add a layer of salsa, 2 lbs cooked ground beef, layer of cheese and corn chips. Bake another 10 minutes at 400 degrees. I did this cook on a kettle grill cooking offset of the heat. #unclestevesshake #slownsear #aldi
