Aside from messing up the weight and rep range for my bench top set, this session went well, overall. Go easy on me, haha. This is a new program style I have to get used to, and I was in a rush, reading it off of a tiny Excel Spreadsheet on my phone, and I am already terrible with numbers to begin with 😅.
