Smart Cities Blocking access to the Public from using public park facilities

The city of Chula Vista is allowing a "non-profit organization" to commander a public park facility even outside of their scheduled events. There have been many contradicting statements between the Rohr Park park managers (Danny Schreck) and the "economic development" person "Keven Pointer" (619) 691-5248 of Chula Vista, smart city.

IT seems to me that the public access is slowly being squeezed out of being allowed to use what is considered PUBLIC for small interest groups.
The tangled web is growing. Please help keep our public lands/parks open to the public.

The non profit organization "Sunnyside Saddle Club" is locking the equestrian arena which is blocking the local horse owners from using the arena. Bonita Ca. is an interesting area as it has a rural feel but located about 12 minutes from downtown San Diego. Annexations are happening one step at a time.
Chula vista city (right next to Bonita (San Diego county) has stated "Public recreation facilities in the Community Park to serve the needs of local and nearby residents...
