Ramdan Special Chicken Paratha in Gujarat || Dil_seart

Special Chicken Paratha is a delicious Gujarat dish that combines savory spiced chicken and flaky paratha bread. Here's a recipe to make it:

Ingredients:

1 lb. boneless chicken, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
1 tsp. ginger paste
1 tsp. garlic paste
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 tsp. red chili powder
1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup water
Oil for frying
Instructions:

In a pan, heat oil and fry the onion until it becomes translucent.
Add the chicken, ginger paste, and garlic paste. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink.
Add the tomatoes, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool down.
In a bowl, mix flour, water, and a pinch of salt to make the dough. Knead the dough until it's smooth.
Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin parathas.
Put a spoonful of the chicken mixture on one side of the paratha.
Fold the other side over the mixture to make a half-moon shape.
Press the edges of the paratha together to seal it.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the parathas until they turn golden brown.
Serve hot with raita or chutney. Enjoy!
