In 1953 the standard tuning of music was set to A4 = 440 Hz, however this is not the best frequency for our consciousness. It is said the 440 Hz frequency causes blockages in the energy centers in our body (chakras) and suppresses intuition, causing disharmony and agitation.

Luckily, we can easily tune to other frequencies far more beneficial for us such as 432 Hz which is mathematically perfectly aligned with the universe. 432 Hz is said to give us clarity and enhance our connection to nature, activating our chakras so that energy can flow freely.

There are also "Solfeggio Frequencies" which each activate a certain chakra and have specific benefits based on which chakra the frequency resonates at. The main ones are 174, 285, 396, 417, 528, 639, 741, 852, and 963 Hz.
