Rolling Thunder Ottawa 2023, with Neil Sheard

V4F Ops Sgt-Maj, Jeff Evely, is joined by very social guest, Neil Sheard, organizer of Rolling Thunder 2023. Neil organized last year's Rolling Thunder event, which included a wreath-laying event to restore dignity to the monument, and the veterans who were removed thereof, during the Trucker Convoy. This year's event will be focused around a community BBQ, with a motorcycle route around the War Monument totaling ~141kms.
