License: April 1, 2023, Phnom Penh, Cambodia: The 32nd Southeast Asian (SEA) Games in Cambodia in May will have a "free entry" policy for all spectators to all events, according to the organizing committee.
The 60,000-seat Morodok Techo National Stadium will host both the opening ceremony on May 5 and the closing ceremony on May 17.

Additionally, the 32nd SEA Games and 12th ASEAN Para Games, which will take place from June 3–9, would not incur any payments for exclusive broadcasting rights, according to the organizing organization, CAMSOC.

On Saturday, April 1, CAMSOC/CAMAPGOC issued a formal statement that read:
