99% of People Don't Know Who They Are So They play small

Today's video can be summarized as follows:

Human beings have been taught that there are only black-and-white options in life, limiting creativity and expression.
We have emotions and a desire to create, but limited black-and-white thinking is not enough to bring forth what we want to express.
Most people don't know who they really are so they don't realize they could be deliberate creators of their own reality.
When we start to see glimpses of who we could be, the resistance and doubt gets bigger, pulling us back into the gray reality we've been living in.
We've been taught to give our power away to the television and are used to watching it and learning from it, instead of exploring our own vision.
To access the full rainbow of creativity and energy, we need to give ourselves permission to open the door and face ourselves.
