For those that are paying attention, it is clear that the United States is being attacked in multiple ways. The Invasion USA series covers the different ways we are or may be attacked. In this episode, Vem Miller interviews Dr Kirk Moore, who refused to give the covid jab to his clients after learning the adverse effects of the so called "vaccine". Dr Kirk Moore fought the corrupt system, and that corrupt system is trying to destroy him. Dr Kirk Moore tells us about his journey and his legal fight.

Bio: Dr Kirk Moore is a board-certified Plastic Surgeon in Midvale/Sandy, Utah. He has been in practice for over 20 years, and has worked diligently on creating a surgical experience second to none, especially as it relates to a unique, innovative breast augmentation procedure. 

Born in France, and growing up in Italy, and with an undergraduate degree in Political Science, his well-rounded perspectives have always been a key driver allowing him to view everything with worldly perspectives. When Covid came along, his first inclination was to believe what he was being told and what he was seeing in the news. After a very short time, though, he realized it was not what it seemed. There were just too many assumptions being made and there was an absolute disregard of basic scientific principles. 

Not treating people early for a disease that was ultimately very treatable, fundamentally violated his driving philosophy: ‘First Do No Harm’. His personal ethical standards and moral foundations do not allow him to just ignore his patient and pretend their problems don’t exist. 

After extensive personally-driven education, he realized that his patients could be treated, very successfully; and he started doing just that. Then, those treatment options were limited by our very own government! 

The ‘wait for a vaccine’ philosophy was a travesty. He has saved hundreds of lives with early treatment and has not had one death in any of the patients he has treated. 

When the vaccines were ‘approved’, far too expeditiously, and without any long-term safety studies, his skepticism grew dramatically. This was mass genocide—-actual ‘iatrogenocide’. 

The AMA Code of Ethics calls for moral usurpation of legal mandates when they conflict with the ethical values of the physician and patient. He abided by that moral code in treating his patients, as they asked to be treated.

February 1, SALT LAKE CITY, UT - Friends, family, and local community leaders across Utah launched a grassroots support campaign today for Dr. Kirk Moore and his staff who were recently indicted for standing against vaccine mandates. The campaign includes a GiveSendGo fundraiser and more ways the public can volunteer.
 
Despite President Joe Biden's announcement this week pledging to no longer enact National Public Health Emergencies, and the worldwide uptick in sudden deaths being attributed to the vaccine, Health and Human Services is still moving quickly to squash any public dissent.
 
While Dr. Moore and his staff remain under siege by Big Government’s overreach, many people in Utah, the United States and even Worldwide consider the team hero's. The positive response from the public and the medical profession has been tremendous. 
 
One of the more significant personal ethical dilemmas for countless doctors like Dr. Moore, throughout this COVID exercise, has been forcing a choice between a physician’s Hippocratic Oath and Big Government policies that are no longer relevant and even dangerous. Some of the most peer-reviewed, well-respected COVID- treating doctors in America, including Dr. Peter McCullough, were penalized for maintaining their commitment to their Hippocratic Oath, which, in part reads:
 
I will use those dietary regimens which will benefit my patients according to my greatest ability and judgment, and I will do no harm or injustice to them. Neither will I administer a poison to anybody when asked to do so, nor will I suggest such a course.

These heroes have been indicted for standing up against the government's vaccine mandates. They did everything to ensure their patients could maintain their fundamental right to work, attend school, travel, and visit family and friends without receiving a "one size fits all" vaccine against their will. No compensation was received for the vaccination cards provided to clients who were seeking the cards to stay employed, able to perform their daily activities, or seek medical treatments, despite the news reporting otherwise.

Conflicts are not uncommon in the medical community. Often they arise when government inserts its heavy-hand in the form of controversial, unproven health mandates. The standards set in the Hippocratic Oath bind all oath-taking medical colleagues. Americans at large should also be guided by this historical and inspired oath. 

The instruction given in the Medical Laws and Ethics state what to do when ethical conflicts occur. The Code's preamble warns physicians that the "relationship between ethics and law is complex." But the overture adds that even though "ethical values and legal principles are usually closely related," the "ethical responsibilities usually exceed legal duties."
 
"When physicians believe a law violates ethical values or is unjust, they should work to change in law," the Code says. "In exceptional circumstances of unjust laws, ethical responsibilities should supersede legal duties." In addition, The Nuremberg code of 1947 relates to research, where the emphasis of informed consent requirements is on preventing the research participants from being used as a means to an end. It prevents  a battery or negligence and protects the autonomy rights of the patient. 
 
Dr. Michael Kirk Moore and his staff HAVE since plead NOT guilty to all federal charges. They broke no laws and harmed no person. Dr Moore, specifically, abided by his long held Hippocratic oath to First Do No Harm, informed consent and evidence based treatment. We believe he and his co-defendants will be found innocent of all charges.

 

The health freedoms of all American's are at stake! We believe this monumental case is unprecedented in both the threat to individual rights and freedom of families, parents, children, employees, business owners and American in all walks of life. Our Constitutional rights hang in the balance. This appalling government intrusion into our personal lives is unacceptable and must be stopped.
