Not even a paralyzing shooting can stop this college grad from proudly walking to receive his diploma. 25-year-old Khalil Watson was paralyzed by a shooting seven years ago, which left him unable to attend his high school graduation, but he walked with assistance for his graduation from Reynolds Community College on May 15.
