Arcturus studied biology in college and then worked at Commonfund Capital, at the time a $6 billion fund of funds exclusively managing not-for-profit money. After 9/11, he worked in government intelligence and was involved with secret missions around the world.

He is the creator of World Peace Ceremony, a movement with a mission to unite humanity and coordinate a grand celebration of peace on earth.

He previously joined Marianne Williamson’s run for the Democratic nomination for President of the United States, as Senior Advisor and Director of Peace-building.

He created a plan to launch a private peace industry and a United States Department of Peace.

He has been to Burning Man six times and has sat with Ayahuasca 42 times.
