World 'more likely than not' to breach 1.5C soon

Temperatures are now more likely than not to head over the 1.5 degrees Celsius threshold in the next five years, though not year on year. The World Meteorological Organization says we're still headed in the wrong direction on climate change. Lucy Fielder has more.
