Duffy-Alfonso: Gen Z-ers Shouldn't Vote If They're Not Casting Thoughtful Ballots

"I don't think we should encourage young people to be casting ballots that they aren't really being thoughtful about," said Evita Duffy-Alfonso. "[And] I think having a civics test before you are able to cast a ballot would be a great way to vet out some of these people who clearly don't value the vote."
