Boundaries are an important part of loving yourself. Without boundaries we will have an unhealthy balance with ourselves and everyone else.

1. My Time
2. My Energy
3. My Focus
4. My Space
From there the details can expand.

Boundaries create confidence within yourself and shows other how you want to be treated.

The secret weapon to boundaries is…  if people cross your spoken boundaries it is clear that person does not serve your highest good. Easy to figure out who you need to let go of in your life and who to cherish.
