How to make Swiss roll

Stuffing is a traditional side dish typically served with roast turkey or chicken, but can also be enjoyed on its own. Here's a simple recipe for making stuffing:

Ingredients:

8 cups of bread cubes (preferably stale or dried out)
1 cup of chopped onion
1 cup of chopped celery
2-3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 cup of melted butter
1-2 teaspoons of dried sage
1-2 teaspoons of dried thyme
1-2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
2-3 cups of chicken or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bread cubes, chopped onion, chopped celery, and minced garlic.
Add the melted butter to the mixing bowl, and mix until the bread cubes are coated.
Add the dried sage, thyme, and rosemary to the mixing bowl, and mix well.
Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth, a little bit at a time, while stirring the mixture. Keep adding broth until the mixture is moist but not soaking wet.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish.
Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and crispy on top.
