South African opposition urges African states to quit ICC

The Head of the South African Economic Freedom Fighters political party, Julius Malema, has called the International Criminal Court a 'biased instrument for global imperialism,’ urging his country and other African nations to abandon it. Andile Mngxitama, a former South African lawmaker, told us that the ICC is a Western tool used against other countries.
