Finding Shelter in the National Forest | Workout Wednesday 11

In this video, I embark on a trail running adventure along the Lewis River Trail in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest in Washington state in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States. I make it to Bolt Camp which was originally built in 1931 and restored years later. Along the way I catch some great views of giant evergreen trees, natural caves, cliffs, and so much more. This is episode 11 of workout wednesday.
