The West doesn't understand the Jihad against Israel | The Caroline Glick Show

Caroline Glick’s guest this week in the Caroline Glick Show was IDF Maj. Gen. (reserves) Gershon Hacohen. Gen. Hacohen and Glick analyzed Israel’s achievements in the last round of warfare with the Islamic Jihad terror group in Gaza. They discussed the significance of this second-tier terror group in the overall global jihad and how its position in the axis of jihad both constrains Israel’s actions and renders larger importance to Israel’s actions last week than it may appear.

Hacohen and Glick expanded the discussion to a consideration of the Afghan roots of the current jihad. They analyzed the nature of Islamist societies grounded in jihad, the strains in the Islamic world over the cause of jihad and the requirements for defeating the forces of jihad against Israel and against the world as a whole.
