Why me why you why us not apologizing to the families of deceased civilians not judging mercenaries who fought on the side of human traffickers Chechnya today is a wonderful civilized country

Especially, when Ukraine mistakenly shot a Russian civilian aeroplane, when Ukraine and Russia were still friends, why did Ukraine apologize only to the families of Israeli civilians killed on the aeroplane and not to the families of Russian civilians? And didn't any Israeli government official feel anything strange about it?
