In Episode 10, Katherine kicks off a series of episodes on the amazing role the gut microbiome plays in our physical and mental wellbeing by talking with Nutritional Therapist Liz James about how each of us can learn to take responsibility for our own health through focusing on what we are putting into our bodies.

Katherine gives firsthand experience of how, with the help of Liz, she was able to improve her own health, which had the immediate effect of more positive moods, a better vitality and an overall balance in her wellbeing.
