Is Poway Unified School District considering another Billion Dollar Bond? It certainly looks like they are. There are legitimate infrastructure problems in the Poway schools, but they want taxpayers to pay for this again in a school bond. We still haven't started paying for the Billion Dollar Bond from 10 years ago.
