Last year, Microsoft computer scientists delved into an intriguing experiment involving a newly developed artificial intelligence system.

They posed a puzzle to the system, one that demanded an intuitive understanding of the physical world.

With a book, nine eggs, a laptop, a bottle, and a nail in their possession, the researchers challenged the AI, seeking guidance on how to stack these objects in a stable manner, DNYUZ reported.
