Poway Unified School District goes to Supreme Court over Free Speech, First Amendment Case

The Poway Unified School District is heading to Washington for a Supreme Court case. No, this is not a student field trip. Two school board members, Michelle O'Connor-Ratcliff and TJ Zane, are being sued for blocking the free speech of their constituents on social media. Is that ethical? Moral? Legal? In my opinion, govt officials should not be shutting down the speech of their constituents. I think Christopher and Kimberly Garnier may end up winning this court case.
