It always comes back to this. The only reason Tenpercentskyy continues to curtly rebuff every offer of international mediation to end the war is that Biden continues to affirm that American taxpayers will finance the war until Tenpercentskyy decides he wants to pivot to “reconstruction”.

And when that happens, watch those $$$ flow — we ain’t seen nothin’ yet…
