These 3 walking hacks will help you get those steps in! Walking 5 miles a day can be very time consuming, but with these easy tricks you can do it effortlessly, while staying productive and getting things done!

Starting off is by getting a dog! Dog's keep us active, even when we don't want to be! This is a great thing, by having a dog you can be sure that you are walking at least a mile or two per day. (Assuming you are responsible enough to care for the dog that is!)

But here are two very clever hacks that get even better.

Get a mini treadmill for your desk at home! This hack alone can get you 10+ miles a day if you set it up right! Take all your calls on the phone and on the treadmill to get an insane amount of steps in during the day.

At night when you have spare time, if you are going to be walking anyway, why not make a little money on the side? Get on Instacart as a shopper and hit those grocery stores! Big orders can turn into miles inside the store very quickly. And because you are distracted with activities, you aren't really thinking about the steps. But rest assured, you will be getting them!
