Life is an echo

It’s said that life is an echo. It gives us back everything we say or do. Therefore we must be aware of our thoughts and words, especially when they concern ourselves. What we see in others exists in us. Our life is simply a reflection of our actions.

Of course we can all feel negative, low and in a slump, it’s important not to dwell and stay there.

In this crazy world where there is so much fear and negativity, lets choose to send out goodness. We all need it.
