Speaker Kevin McCarthy Calls on Senate to Nullify Anti-Police Legislation

"There's a police shortage in communities across America, but rather than fix this problem radical Democrats have responded by introducing even more anti-police policies.

"Enough is enough.

"House Republicans just voted to nullify the most anti-police policy to ever be jammed through the D.C. City Council.

"The vast majority of Democrats voted against law enforcement and in favor of soft on-crime policies but now more than ever we need to send a clear message America backs the blue.

"The House has acted.

"The Senate must now take up the bill and then President Biden should stand with our law enforcement and sign it into law."
