Dolan Dolan Serrru bermain dan menikmati sejuknya hutan kota (Taman Bunga) di Kota Pematang Siantar yang rameee banget pada saat liburan lebaran. Banyak masyarakat yang berkunjung ke taman ini dalam suasana liburan lebaran setelah pandemi Covid 19 sudah berlalu.
Ditaman ini ada fasilitas untuk bermain anak-anak, fasilitas untuk olahraga seperti lapangan basket, joging track dan wahana untuk bermain skateboard. Taman Bunga juga dekat dengan PUJASERA (Pusat Jajan Serba Ada) dan Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Kota Pematang Siantar.
