Belarus' Lukashenko shown on TV chiding military

The Belarusian presidential press office on Monday (May 15) published a video of President Alexander Lukashenko chiding members of the military during a visit to what it said was a military command center. The visit would be his first public appearance in almost a week, following speculation over the health of the 68-year-old leader.
