The Federal law banning firearms dealers from selling handguns to adults under the age 21 has been ruled UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

Coming from District Court Judge Robert Payne in Richmond Virginia, he says the Federal law violates the Second Amendment, and if his opinion is not overturned, it would mean dealers are now allowed to sell handguns to 18-19 and 20-year-olds.
