Welcome to this 10 minute abs workout for all levels! I'm so excited to get your core into shape. This workout is designed to get your abs toned, strengthened and looking amazing! We'll be focusing on a variety of exercises to target your upper, lower and oblique abs, so you'll get a comprehensive workout. Plus, we'll be keeping the reps and sets low, so you won't be too fatigued afterwards. So let's get started! We'll be doing some crunches, oblique twists, planks, mountain climbers and more. I'll be providing encouragement and modifications throughout the workout, so that everyone can do the best that they can.
