Hello everyone, thanks for joining me for another fun meat curing video! Biltong is a really fun one because it is ready to eat really quickly compared to many traditional cured meats that can take months or even years to finish curing! Biltong is also a perfect fit for summer weather and hot regions because you can easily dry biltong outdoors when the weather is hot and breezy. If you are a strict carnivore, you can still use this method with only salt and ACV and it will still be a delicious snack! Biltong is a perfect for traveling, camping, hiking, bonfires, movies… you get the picture, it's a great snack! I hope you give it a try and let me know what you think in the comments!
