According to a court filing on Monday, the CEO of Tesla, Elon Musk, has been issued a subpoena by the U.S. Virgin Islands in relation to their lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase.

The lawsuit pertains to allegations of sex trafficking involving the late longtime customer of the bank, Jeffrey Epstein, CNBC reported.

The Virgin Islands has been unsuccessful in serving Musk with the subpoena, which was issued on April 28, as they suspect that Epstein may have referred or attempted to refer Musk as a client to JPMorgan.
