1.) 100 Mike Tyson Push-Ups for Time
10 minute rest break
2.) consecutive hanging straight arm/leg 90 degree leg lifts then cliffhanger pull-ups for most reps
5 minute rest break
3.) 2 mins of dips in a row followed by upto 1 min of L dips in a row
* On March 31,2023, Alicia did 100 Mike Tyson Push-ups in 4:24 (then 19% improvement on May 15, 2023 with 3:34). She then did 188 total reps on 3/31/23 (then 3% improvement on 5/15/23 with 193 total reps).
