How can I possibly get all of my nutrients if I’m only eating once a day? I’m already at a healthy
Dr. Pradip Jamnadas explains how eating once a day does not lead to nutrient deficiencies - and improved microbiome helps absorption of nutrition. Dr. Paul Marik adds that it is very important that the one meal a day is high in nutrition, and says that some individuals may need to have a larger eating window than others. Dr. Marik also adds that it is important to begin a meal with greens and fibre, then proteins, then carbohydrates.
