Powerstroke wiring Why did they do this? #justdriveit

Come along as we unscrew up our new tow rig. It is a 1999 Ford F250 Super Duty 2 wheel drive with a 7.3 power stroke diesel. We have to un-modify the electrical under the hood and get a feel on how the previous owner screwed it up.
